Basics of Mechanical Engineering

This is a mandatory need for a student who wants to do mechanical engineering studies. But do not know so it is the right place. Here I will be able to explain full details about it.

Mechanical Engineering

Here I will also describe its definition. It’s eligibility criteria for the study and Best Mechanical Engineering schools and colleges in the world, and India. I will discuss much more in the field of Mechanical Engineering.

INTRODUCTION:

Mechanical engineering is the oldest branch of engineering. It has contributed to many new designs. There are many strategies after doing this study. Mechanical engineers play an essential role in design and production. They also take part in the construction. They work in complicated equipment, engines, and power tools. Their duties include designing, manufacturing, maintaining, and testing these machines.

Before learning everything about mechanical engineering first understands what it is.

Is mechanical engineering a good job?

Engineering work is often very rewarding for many reasons. It is a respected profession. It is high demand and earnings on both sides of the public and private sectors. Salary depends on completing various Mechanical work and working plans. If work is complete with proper planning and time then they pay high salary.

In job prospects, these employees can find opportunities in government agencies. Now, Mechanical Engineering is one of the most exciting and good career options today.

Mechanical Engineering Eligibility Criteria:

To become a mechanical engineer a mechanical degree certificate is a must. Like BE, B.Tech, M.E, Diploma. The basic eligibility criteria for BE / B.Tech are 10 + 2. It has similar tests that include Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. After graduation, a person can go on to a postgraduate degree. In Postgraduate courses, they teach thermal engineering, design engineering, and production engineering.

An extra degree in business management is a must for management positions. There is also a membership test affiliated with the Institute of Engineers (AMIE). It creates a chance to get a degree in engineering. A three-year BEng course called Mechanical Engineering. This course is also approved by the Institute of Mechanical Engineering.

Eligibility:

Final 10+2 exam and entrance test marks basis undergraduate(BE/B.Tech) applicant selected. JEE is an international-level engineering test. It is conducted by IITs and NITs. Selected candidates are studying at IIT College. Some institutions have separate entry and national level examinations. Duration: BE / B Tech courses are 4 years. Diploma courses in polytechnics are 2-3 years.

Fees: Fees for private colleges range from about Rs 1 lakh to Rs. 2 lakhs a year to get a bachelor’s degree. For IITs, it varies between Rs. 15,000 / – to Rs. 20,000 / – per annul.

Some of the top entry tests include:

Joint Entrance Examination :

JEE is an international-level engineering test. It is conducted by IITs and NITs to study B.E / B.Tech. Courses from any of the top institutions in India. This test is done in two phases – JEE Main in the first phase where all applicants are eligible to take part. Those who select in the first phase exam they are eligible for the phase exam. The first phase exam is called JEE and the second phase exam is called JEE Advance.  JEE School is accepting not only IITs and NITs but also many other universities.

West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination :

WBJEE can be a state-level engineering test. Its main intention is to provide various UG engineering courses. It is offered at a few institutions in the state of West Bengal.

A specific countries level engineering test is held. It is conducted by VITEEE for engineering studies at VIT. Those selected in the test are eligible for admission. Its four campuses – Vellore, Bhopal, Chennai, and Amaravati.

Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering:

GATE is a competitive engineering test.  If anyone selects in this examination he/she secure a master’s degree in engineering. The basics of this test were to select the best students for institutes.

Bits Higher Degree:

BITST Engineering test for those students who study in higher degree programs like ME/M.Tech. This exam is conducted by BITS Pilani. If qualify in this exam he/she admission to any Birla Technolgy and science campus. Its campus is Goa, Pilani, and Hyderabad.

My thoughts on Mechanical Engineering:

I am a student of mechanical engineering. I engaged in a sponge iron plant for the last  6 years in a limited company. It has an honest job. Mechanical Engineers have good carrier and comfort after almost 5 years of experience. Who wants to study mechanical engineering this will be a great choice. It has a lot of job opportunities around the world. That is why I love reading it.

Thank you.
